Owens, Sr. of Tilden, IL; her mother Constance Rae Higgins; her children, Tammy Johnson (Leslie), Kelly Martin, Leonard Owens (Meghan), Heather Fred (Matthew), AJ Williams (Kimberly) and Bobby Higgins (Gabrielle); her grandchildren, Shelby Renner (Brandon), Zach Hall (Kristen), Gailen Hall (Taylor), Bradly Johnson, Jessica Lyons (Jarod), Angela Johnson, Tyler Owens, Taylor Owens, Tre Morgan, Isabella Richardson, Matelyn Fred, Lane Fred, Bow Williams, Arrow Williams, Damien Williams, Angela Williams, Justice Williams, Tanner Misbauer and Emry Higgins; her great grandchildren, Brentley Renner, Jaxson Renner, Zoie Hall and Stetson Hall; and her siblings, Larry Higgins (Carrie), Bobbi Boyer, Lewis Higgins, Becky Ferguson (Kevin) and Norman Higgins. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, and cousins.
