He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Donald and Mary W.; and his brothers, Lawrence Kemper, Jack Dennis Kemper and Garry David Kemper.
He is survived by: his wife Lana Sue; his children, Jacob Thomas Kemper (Megan) of Orlando, FL, Shaun Michael Smith of High Ridge, MO and Shannon Renee Inman (Rich) of Ellis Grove, IL; his grandchildren, Vanessa Rachelle Inman, Garner Thomas Kemper and Ellie Grace Smith; his great grandchild Daemon James Westenberger; and his sisters, Mary Diane White, Sharron Lee Gass (Larry Dean "Bill"), Linda Carole Spradling and Robin Michelle Kemper.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 3rd 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Heil-Schuessler & Sinn Funeral Home (847 St Louis Ave, Marissa, IL 62257). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. The military honors will be held on Tuesday, June 3rd 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery.
