He is survived by: his wife Joann; his daughter Lori Fitzsimmons; his grandchildren, Myretta Fitzsimmons, Rick Wagner, Charles Fitzsimmons Jr., Haylee Merritt and Tavis Denhart; his great grandchildren, Seth Denhart, Trenten Denhart, Maxwell Denhart, Waylon Denhart and Andrew Aguirre; his great great grandchild Aurora Aguirre; and his sister Delorah Wilson.
