He is survived by : his parents, Gilbert Francis and Charlotte Clark Howard; his children, Daniel Howard of Tilton, Illinois and Tia Walter (John) of Danville, Illinois; his sisters, Jenny Halls of Danville and Janice Lynn Wynn of Danville, Illinois; and his grandchildren, Noah Walter and Claire Walter.
