He was predeceased by: his wife Robin (Vanselow). He is survived by: his children, Kevin Hickman (Allison) and Kim Kanofsky (Dave); and his grandsons, Tyler and Cameron. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and a wide circle of family and friends.
