He was predeceased by: his parents, John Kasko and Irene Kasko; and his brothers, John III and Bill Kasko. He is survived by: his wife Cindy Kasko; his daughters, Melissa Kasko and Mandy Stigter (Chad); his grandchildren, Karly and Kara Stigter; and his brother-in-law Timothy Wargowski.
