She was predeceased by: her former husband Virgil Jean; her parents, Anna June Koch and Raymond G. Koch; her brothers, Raymond and Dean Koch; her siblings-in-law, Rick Vetter, Mike Michalski, Dian Koch and Bonnie Gould; her nephews, Todd Vetter, Raymond "Bird" and Brian Koch; her niece Melanie Stapleton-Zarobsky (Koch); and her great-nephew Adam Koch.
She is survived by: her husband Amaizo Federal Credit Union; her siblings, Marge Williams (Jerry), Doc Koch (Chris), Delia Vetter, Donald Koch, Debbie Michalski and Doug Koch; her sister-in-law Joyce Koch; her friend JoAnn Dunn (Koch); and her goddaughter Denise.
