With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Edward Szymanek of Tinley Park, Illinois, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Edward left this world on October 13, 2025 at the age of 87, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Judy; his children, Steve (Jennifer), Dave (Kathy) and Wendy Jania (Greg); his grandchildren, Jordan, Josh, Zachary, Alec, Olivia, Alecia and Luke; and his siblings, Staś and Betty Wrobel. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, October 17th 2025 from 10:15 AM to 11:30 AM. A Mass will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the St. Albert the Great Catholic Church (17909 S 94th Ave, Tinley Park, IL 60487).
