He is survived by : his wife Mariola; his daughters, Joanna (Justin), Julie and Marta (Dimitri); his mother-in-law Janina Troscianka; his granddaughter Amelia; and his brother Marek.

The Toporkiewicz family kindly asks that in lieu of flowers, those attending the funeral consider making a donation towards the medical and funeral expenses, to help us honor the loss of Janusz and in accordance with his wishes.
