She was predeceased by: her husband Daniel H. Coughlin; her grandson Joseph (Sarah); her parents, James Prendergast and Lucy Prendergast; and her siblings, Raymond, Rosemary, Eleanor, James (Agnes), Lucille (Patrick) and Robert (Lorraine).
She is survived by: her children, James Coughlin (late Cheryl), Jerome Coughlin (Mary), Daniel Coughlin, John Coughlin and Donna Schwarz (Vincent); and her grandchildren, Amanda, Daniel (Dawn), Samuel, Bradley, Lucy (Jordan), Kerrie (Tyler) and Sarah.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the St. Stephen Deacon & Martyr Church (17500 84th Ave, Tinley Park, IL 60487). A Mass was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
