He is survived by: his wife Patricia A. Bohacik; his daughters, Mary Beth R. Murphy (Michael) and Sherri Anne C. Bohacik; his grandchildren, Kelli R. Spearson (Austin), Ryan P. Murphy and Haley C. Murphy (Richard Willett); his great grandchild Briar Rose Spearson; his sisters-in-law, Marylynn Bohacik and Linda Morton; and his friends, Doug Swan, Duane Boyle and Lenny Colen. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
