She was predeceased by : her husband William "Bill" Bell; and her siblings, June Howard, Harry "Bud" Fulton, Lillian "Sis" Hoendervoogt, Edward Fulton and Patsy Kelly Young.

She is survived by : her children, Kim Hellmann (Tim) and Bill Bell (Marcelle); and her grandchildren, Alison, Sydney and Mallory. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
