She is survived by: her son David; her daughter-in-law Rhonda Kujawa; her grandchildren, Andrew Kujawa, Matthew Kujawa (Chandler) and Nicole Pawlowski (Daniel); and her great grandchildren, Ava and Nathan.
Visitation will be held on Friday, September 18th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, September 19th 2026 at 9:45 AM. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the St. Francis of Assisi Church (15050 Wolf Rd, Orland Park, IL 60467). A Mass will be held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the St. Francis of Assisi Church (17909 S 94th Ave, Tinley Park, IL 60487).
