The memory of Marian E. She was predeceased by: her husband Marvin W. Block; her son Andrew Block (Linda); and her brother Al Ries (Mary Lou). She is survived by: her daughter Cynthia Szymanski (Alan); her grandchildren, Paul Szymanski (Amanda), April Szymanski, Anne Robinson (John), Melanie Pagliuco (Michael) and Carl Block (Jassyn); her great grandchildren, Logan, Alexa, Saylor, Brody and Theodore; her siblings, Dr. Charles Ries (Rosemary), Susan Kruse (late Bill) and Theodore Ries (Ana); and her sister-in-law Gladys Block.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 6th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Trinity Lutheran Church (6850 W 159th St, Tinley Park, IL 60477). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, November 6th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, November 6th 2025 at the Trinity Lutheran Cemetery (6850 W 159th St, Tinley Park, IL 60477).
