He is survived by: his children, Michael Horazy (Tina) and Kristen Gaska (Kurt); his grandchildren, Matthew Connors, Brianne Gaska, Riley Gaska, Taylor Horazy and Peyton Horazy; and his sister Janice Swinarski.
