She was predeceased by: her parents, Italo Pilastro and Lillian Pilastro. She is survived by: her siblings, Louis Pilastro (Yolanda), Sharon Senow (late Robert), Rose Marie Pilastro, Linda Rellinger (Michael), Michael Pilastro (Carolyn), Richard Pilastro and Patricia Shannon (Patrick); her siblings' children, Klara (Jason), Robert John (Angela), John Thomas, Dylan, Margo, Lily, Patrick Jr. (Mallory) and Ryan (Maria); and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Laney, Scarlet, Sofia and Giovanni.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Brady-Gill Funeral Home (16600 Oak Park Ave, Tinley Park, IL 60477). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 at 12:30 PM at the same location.
