He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Donna Shapiro-Frachalla; his children, Alisa Minarik (Tom) and Thomas P Frachalla; and his grandchildren, Matthew, T. J., Riley, Tony, Chris, Colin, Ava and Camden.
In lieu of flowers, contributions to St. Jude's Children's Hospital would be greatly appreciated.
