He is survived by: his wife Martha E.; his children, Tom (Candy), Jim (Sue), Gail Prokop (Don), Wendy Mark (Jim) and Amy Burt (Daryle); his grandchildren, Alyssa Evans (Chris), Andrew Prokop (Alyssa), Ashley Meullerschoen (Jacob), Kelsey Prokop, Ryan Mark (Alison), Kelly Pickert, Megan Mark, Bradley Prokop, Ben Mark, Alison Irace, Patrick Irace, Lindsey Mark, Nathen Irace, Emily Irace and Matthew Prokop; his stepgrandchildren, Haley Dixon, Marcy Miller (Brian) and Alex Burt (Sean); his great grandchildren, Jimmy, Brooke, Brooks, Lexi, Bennett and Max; and his siblings, Fred Pickert (Cathy) and Mary Sullivan.
