She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Sims and Agatha Sims (Taylor); her siblings, Charles Sims, Elizabeth Sims Downey, William Cletus Sims, Mary Ann Sims and Edward Sims; and her siblings-in-law, Phyllis Elmore Sims, Mary Jo Sims (Alpaugh), Thedus Mayo Sims, Joseph Downey and Donald Houston.
She is survived by: her daughter Angela Sims Wright (Robert); her grandchildren, Isaac, Mason and Carter Wright; and her siblings, Jennirose Houston, Clara Janet (George), Carol Albrecht (Mark) and Fred Sims (Sharon). She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 25th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Norberg Memorial Home, Inc. (701 E Thompson St, Princeton, IL 61356). A funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, June 26th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Louis Catholic Church (616 S Gosse Blvd, Princeton, IL 61356). A graveside service will be held on Thursday, June 26th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Elm Lawn Memorial Park North Knox.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the family.
