She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Hanson and Lillian Hanson (Van Deusen); her husband Lester Cummins; her son Curtis Lester Cummins; and her siblings, Geraldine Pruitt, Harold and Calvin Hanson. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Tiskilwa Community Church (120 E Main St, Tiskilwa, IL 61368). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at the Mt. Bloom Cemetery.
Memorials may be directed to the Tiskilwa Community Church. The family greatly appreciates donations made to these charities in Genevieve M. Cummins 's name.
