She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Sparks and Bertha Sparks (Gentry); her husband Dale Decker; her great grandchild Allie Dale Decker; and her siblings, Florence Kotera, David, Levi, Jesse, Robert, Ben, Fred, Ruffus and Osba.
She is survived by: her children, Evelyn Steele of Toledo, IL., Austin Dale Decker (Sandra) of Toledo and Robert Decker (Mary) of Woodstock, IL.; her grandchildren, Nancy Chance, Tom Steele, Ed Steele (Shelly), Jeff Decker (Kim), Paula Gentry (Rory), Donna Decker, Kathy Adams, Angie Domagala (Mike) and Amy Gialloreto (Ben); her great grandchildren, Shayla, Tyler, Britlynn, Austin, Samuel, Makayla, Alexander, Kristin, Ashley, Joshua, Leah, Alvin, Kassidy, Eleanor, Olivia and Henry; her great great grandchildren, Madeline, Molly, Axel and Luca; and her sister Viola Russell.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the Woodbury Country Church.
