It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rodger Niccum of Toledo, Illinois, born in Jewett, Illinois, who passed away on May 20, 2024, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Richard Niccum and Lucille Niccum (Cox); his brother Max Niccum (Linda); and his brother-in-law Johnny Ervin. He is survived by : his wife Judy Wilson; his daughters, April Leanne James (Kirk) and Dana Gay Ruholl (Arlin); his stepchildren, Kathy Wolf (George), Susie Swearingen, Eric Wilson (Pam), Troy Wilson (Rhonda) and Scott Wilson (Tory); his grandchildren, Lacey Thoele, Dillon Ruholl, Rowdy Ruholl, Maverick Ruholl, Shae Zumbahlen and Morgan James; and his siblings, Bill Niccum (Shirley), Madonna Ervin and Norma Griffith (Don).

Visitation was held on Thursday, May 23rd 2024 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Barkley Funeral Chapel (300 N Kentucky St, Greenup, IL 62428). A funeral service was held on Thursday, May 23rd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
