She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell Childers and Mary Ellen Childers (Motsinger); her daughters, Callie Bradam and Michelle; and her brothers, Jim Childers, Butch Childers and Mike Childers.
She is survived by: her son William Anthony Thomas (Terina) of Ormond Beach, FL; and her sisters, Kay Burry of Lafayette, IN and Glennda Buckner of Urbana, IL.. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
