She was predeceased by: her parents, Reuel (Mary Lynott) and Mary Lynott; her parents-in-law, Louie and Dorothy Ernat; and her siblings, Tom Lynott and Mary Beth Barton.

She is survived by: her husband Bernie Ernat; her children, Erin Stary (John) of Huntley, IL, Tom Ernat (Kristin) of Tonica, IL and Mike Ernat (Karlene) of Crystal Lake, IL; her grandchildren, Ryan, Shannon, Nathan, Chris, Henry, Bethany, Toby, Emilia and Josie; her brothers, Terry Lynott (Dee) and Mike Lynott; her sisters-in-law, Pegge Lynott and Mary Sutkus (Tom); and her pet Cass. She is also survived by several cousins, numerous nieces and nephews.
