It is with sadness that the passing of William Emm of Tonica, Illinois is shared. William, born on October 3, 1935, passed away on October 3, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
William will be remembered for the time spent with loved ones and the moments that brought joy to those around him. Friends and family will honor William by reflecting on shared memories and the positive influence he had in their lives. Though William is no longer present, the bonds he created and the experiences shared will endure. William’s memory will continue to be a source of comfort for all who knew him.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Emm and Anna Emm (Kelly); and his siblings, John Emm and Margaret Morgan. He is survived by: his girlfriend Rita Pshak of Tonica; and his siblings, Kathryn Luckey (Donald) of Streator and Neil Emm (Mary Ann) of Streator. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 from 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Solon-Telford Funeral Home (301 S Park St, Streator, IL 61364). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the St. Michael the Archangel Church (205 Lundy St, Streator, IL 61364).
Memorials may be directed to any animal shelter or the Grand Ridge Volunteer Fire Department.
