He is survived by: his mother Patricia "Pat" Shanks (Meyers) of Knoxville; his children, Sarrah Staker of Williamsfield, Jodi Klein (Jason) of Kewanee and Jerod Wagher (Kathy) of Toulon; his grandchildren, Ella Staker of Williamsfield, Jayce, Jayden and Jaelyn Klein of Kewanee; his stepsiblings, Roger Shanks (Tanya) of Missouri, Denis Sheperd of Knoxville, Linda Tate of Florida and Vickie Butler of Florida; and his sister-in-law Julie Wagher of Chillicothe.
