He was predeceased by: his parents, Viril Rediger and Melissa Rediger (Noret). He is survived by: his wife Bernadette "Bernie" Rediger (Sharkey) of John's Catholic Church; his children, Sheila Lindahl (David) of Wyoming, Michael Rediger (Theresa) of Toulon, Sherry Emerick of Willoughby, OH, Steven Rediger (Julie) of Statesborro, GA and Tammy Kolbe (Scott) of Naperville; his grandchildren, Martiann Gavin (Jared), Rustin Webster (Aimee), Joey Rediger (Amanda), Kelsey Rediger (Omar Teugels), Jon Rediger (Emily), Jake Kolbe (Hannah), Niki Kolbe, Kiley Rediger and JD Rediger; his great grandchildren, Payton, Braden, Eliza, Oliver, June and Sophia; and his siblings, Marijean Bishel of Peoria, Linda Manning of Morton and Ralph Rediger (Becky) of Princeton.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 20th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the St. Dominic Catholic Church (303 N Galena Ave, Wyoming, IL 61491). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 20th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
Memorial contributions may be made to St. Dominic's Catholic Church or the Toulon Fire Department.
