She was predeceased by: her parents, George Slygh and Jeanette Slygh (Johnson). She is survived by: her husband Dan; her children, Jill Hulsey (Joseph) of Toulon and Scott Carrington (Joy) of Normal; her grandchildren, Hannah Simpson (Brandon), Cammille Kiburz (Klayton), Grace Carrington, Ella Carrington, Wilson Carrington, Mitchell Hulsey (Kaylie) and Devon Clark (Ryan); her great grandchild Elena Simpson; and her sisters, Barbara Struckmeyer (Donald) of Cottage Grove, WI and JoAnn Tipping of Marrietta, GA. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
