He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Dewey Crutcher and Ruth Crutcher (Cutler); his brothers, Ralph and Elden "Charlie" Crutcher; and his sisters-in-law, Norma Huddleston (Crutcher) and Rita Kelley.
He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Herten; his children, Kimberly McCracken (Jay) of Ottawa, IL and Marshall Crutcher (Sherri) of St. Louis, MO; his grandchildren, Megan Rolfs (Brian) of Normal, IL and Grant Crutcher of St. Louis, MO; and his great grandchildren, Gavin and Aiden Rolfs of Normal. He is also survived by two nieces and four nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Heart Association or St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.
