He was predeceased by: his parents, Lyle Cutler and Theo Cutler (McCoy). He is survived by: his children, Lyle Cutler (Traci) of Peoria, IL, Joel Cutler of Carbondale, IL, Steven Robinson (Jamie) of Round Lake, IL, Julie Matthews (Tom) of Springfield, IL and Jeff Robinson; his grandchildren, Hannah Cline (Byron), Noah Cutler (Sarah), Erin Cutler, Mason Cutler, Emery Matthews, Ashton Ryan, Clayton Matthews, Jackson Robinson, Nora Robinson and Elizabeth Matthews; and his great grandchildren, Margo Cutler, Cassian Cline and Harrison Cutler.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, May 31st 2026 at 1:00 PM at the McCracken-Dean Funeral Home (308 E 2nd St, Pana, IL 62557). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, May 31st 2026 at 4:00 PM at the same location.

Memorials in Mark's honor may be made to Tower Hill Christian Church or TEAM Expansion, Louisville, KY and will be accepted by McCracken-Dean Funeral Home who is assisting the family.
