She was predeceased by: her parents, Larry E. VanDyke and Patsy E. Hasty VanDyke; and her grandfathers, Lyle and Louis Hasty. She is survived by: her daughter Kaila R. Phillips (Kody) of Canton; and her grandchild Bristol Phillips.
