Elaine M. Stuber Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Elaine M. Stuber of Tremont, Illinois, who passed away on July 23, 2025 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the sacred silence of farewell, Elaine is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. And as her memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Elaine's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Oexle and Alice Oexle (Lancaster); and her brother Chip. She is survived by: her husband Curtis "Curt" Stuber; her sons, Marty Stuber (Rose) of Huntsville, TX and Chris Stuber (Shari) of Goodfield; and her granddaughter Corinne Stuber-Lopez (Michael) of Chicago.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, August 3rd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Davis-Oswald Funeral Home (328 S Locust St, Tremont, IL 61568). A memorial service will be held on Monday, August 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM.
