He was loved and cherished by many people including: his brothers, Kenneth and Gregory; his wife Mary Lou Koch; his daughter Erika Lorell; his granddaughter Melinda Diane; his son-in-law Dr. Michael Ott; his grandsons, David Michael, Jonathan Patrick and Zachary Harris; his former spouse Dr. Thomas Porter; and his grandchildren, Matthew Christian and Charlotte Louise.
Visitation will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and on Saturday, December 13th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Davis Oswald Funeral Home (328 S Locust St, Tremont, IL 61568). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Apostolic Christian Church (601 S Chestnut St, Tremont, IL 61568).
