He was predeceased by: his parents, Benjamin F. Hoffman and Lulu "Billie" I. Hoffman (Oelker); his wife Carolyn K. Garlish; and his son Todd T. Hoffman. He is survived by: his daughter Julie D. Hoffman of Peoria; and his sisters, Anita Burger (Frank) of Placida, FL and Jeanie Royer (Bill) of Washington, IL. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
