He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter R. Simmons and Irene L. Johns Simmons; and his son Raymond. He is survived by: his wife Consuelo "Connie" B. Soto.
A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, June 4th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Mount Hope Cemetery (219 S West St, Tremont, IL 61568).
