She is survived by: her daughter Lori Fields (Todd Porter) of Mesa, AZ; her grandchildren, Craig, Chris (Brooke), Ashley, Madison and Caitlin; her great grandchildren, Sydney, Reid, Izzie, Bryden and Alya; and her brother Clyde Cotton (Nancy) of Florida.
