He was predeceased by: his parents, William C. Elliott, Sr. and Elizabeth M. Westphal; his wife Nancy I. Dutcher; and his sister Caroline Elliott Humphreys. He is survived by: his children, Tim Elliott of Tremont and Barbara Crow (Steve) of Milford, OH.; and his grandchildren, Matthew Crow (Lorie), Wendi Shadwick (Kelly), Nicholas Elliott, Andrew Elliott (Carrie) and Paul Elliott.
