He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Wilken and Frances Wilken; his siblings, Robert Wilken, Charles Wilken (Joyce), Patricia Toennies (Alfred) and Joanne Gawlik (Butch); his parents-in-law, Donald and Laverne Blackburn; and his brother-in-law George Harshaw.
He is survived by: his wife Vicki Wilken; his children, Adam Wilken (Rose) of Germantown and Mary Schneider (Kyle) of Greenville; his grandchildren, April, Logan Wilken, Easton Finne and Jonathan Schneider; his siblings, Barbara Harshaw of Maryville, Mary Kay Winkeler (Jerry) of Glen Carbon, Bill Wilken (Pat) of Trenton, Donna Book (Bill) of Trenton and Susie Diehl (Denny) of Belleville; and his siblings-in-law, Rebecca Myers (Mark) of Florida, Karen Blackburn of Trenton, Deanna Hood (Gary) of Breese and Jason Blackburn of St. Louis. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, plants, and other gifts, memorials may be made to Heartland Hospice or Life Church in Carlyle and will be received at the visitation or by mail at Moss Funeral Home, 105 S. Main St. Trenton, IL 62293, who is serving the family.
