She was predeceased by: her parents, Emil Riethmaier and Gertrude Riethmaier; her husband David Huff; her great grandchild Courtney Armer; her siblings, Carl Fairand (Jo), Erwin Riethmaier (Ann), Gertrude Peifer (Pete) and Edmund Riethmaier (Masi); her parents-in-law, Wilson P. and Leah Huff; her brother-in-law Warren Huff (Carol); her nieces, Vicki Piefer and Becky Vargas; and her nephew Kelly Huff.
She is survived by: her children, David W. Huff (Rose) of Beckemeyer, Emil Huff of Trenton, Debra Klein (Kurt) of New Baden and Henry Huff (Julia) of New Baden; and her grandchildren, David Huff, Michael Hunter, Lynette Molette, Marshal Hunter, Tina Seidel (Stephen), Grant Huff (Mariah), Brant Zurliene (Audra), Elisa Mallrich (Rick), Colleen Sweeney (Daniel), Kassie Hund (Ryan), Corrie Heck (Dana), Caitlin Haselhorst (Zach) and Ethan Huff (Mary Baxter). She is also survived by twenty-four great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 28th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the Grace Community Baptist Church (1 W 4th St, Trenton, IL 62293). A memorial service was held on Saturday, February 28th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, plants, and other gifts, memorials may be made payable to Grace Community Church (benefiting Base 215 and First Priority Club) and will be received at the visitation or by mail at Moss Funeral Home, 105 South Main St. Trenton, IL 62293, who is serving the family.
