Gwendolyn M. Feldt Obituary
We bid farewell to Gwendolyn M. Feldt of Trenton, Illinois, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on July 29, 2025 at the age of 84. Gwendolyn touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, LeRoy Ruth and Mabel Ruth; her husband Bernard O. Feldt; her stepgranddaughter Alicia Williams; her sister Janelle Schmitt (Alvin); her parents-in-law, Addison and Viola Feldt; and her siblings-in-law, Elton Leppke, Dennis Feldt (Pam), Forrest Feldt (Jenny) and Shirley Gruender (Robert).
She is survived by: her children, Laura Feldt of Jeffersonville, IN, Brian Feldt (Lori) of Hoyleton and Andrea Feldt of Trenton; her grandchildren, Brianna Chatman, Maddy Feldt (Nikki DeBardlebon), Mike Feldt, Melia Feldt and Sophie Feldt; her stepgrandson Max Williams; her great grandchildren, Carlee, Cheyenne, Skylar Chatman, Cadyn Vize and Kyla Feldt; and her sisters, Dolores Leppke of Carrington, ND and Gail Ruth of Breese. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, August 15th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, August 16th 2025 from 8:30 AM to 9:45 AM. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, August 16th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Grace Community Baptist Church (1 W 4th St, Trenton, IL 62293).
In lieu of flowers, plants, and other gifts, memorials may be made to Murray Parents Association, Grace Community Baptist Church, or Hope for Tomorrow (Guatemala) and will be received at the visitation or by mail, Moss Funeral Home, 105 S. Main St. Trenton, IL 62293, who is serving the family.
