He was predeceased by: his parents, Matthew Berberich and Estella Berberich; his wife Lida; his siblings, Bobby Berberich (Rosemary), Pearl Berberich, Kay Berberich, David Berberich, Donald Berberich and Allen Berberich (Arlene); his parents-in-law, Oscar and Amelia Wolf; and his siblings-in-law, Vernon Wolf (Iona), Anita Sutherland (George) and Shirleen Kimber (Tom).
He is survived by: his sons, Ron Berberich (Darlene) of Trenton and Scott Berberich (Rebecca) of Troy; his grandchildren, Brian (Kim Keeler), Philip Berberich, Alyssa and Clayton Berberich; his great grandchild Lawson Berberich; and his sisters-in-law, Donna Berberich of Lebanon and Pam Berberich of New Baden. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Moss Funeral Home (105 S Main St, Trenton, IL 62293). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, plants, and other gifts, memorials may be made to St. John United Church of Christ and will be received at the visitation or by mail at Moss Funeral Home, 105 S. Main, Trenton, IL 62293, who is serving the family.
