He is survived by: his son Matthew Jesse Middeke; his wife Bernadette; his daughter Sarah Middeke; his grandson Zane Camburn; his brothers, Jerome Middeke (Helen Heimann) and Sylvester Middeke (Mary Jane Huelsmann); Alexandria Camburn.
