We are sad to announce that, on November 15, 2025, at the age of 60, Deborah Anne Settle of Troy, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Deborah Anne may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Deborah Anne touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She is survived by: her husband James "Jim" Settle of Troy, IL; her children, Thomas Settle of Troy, IL and Nicholas Settle (Bree) of Carlyle, IL; her grandson James Settle; her parents, Richard "Dick" Foster and Karen Foster of St. Clair, MO; and her siblings, Christy Askins (Vince) of Fenton, MO and Richard "Rich" Foster (Eryn) of Olathe, KS. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and many dear friends.
