George will be remembered for the time spent with loved ones and the moments that brought joy to those around him. Friends and family will honor George by reflecting on shared memories and the positive influence he had in their lives. Though George is no longer present, the bonds he created and the experiences shared will endure. George’s memory will continue to be a source of comfort for all who knew him.
He was predeceased by: his wife Audrey M. Himmeger; his parents, George E. Himmeger and Julia Himmeger; and his siblings, John Himmeger and Susan Smith.
He is survived by: his daughters, Amanda Petersen of Reno, NV and Amy Surprenant (David) of Yorkville, IL; and his grandchildren, Brent, Brooke and Brielle Surprenant. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great- and great-great nieces and nephews, and many cherished friends.
