He is survived by: his wife Jamie L.; his children, Hannah and Connor Boynton; his nephew Christopher Boynton (Hope); his granddaughter Nova Boynton; his mothers-in-law, Debbie Linkey (Robert) and Barb Truell; his siblings-in-law, Danielle James (Mike), Shellie Cook (Derek) and Brandon Blackston (Ryan); his nieces and nephews, Richie, Kyle, Kaylee (Donovan), Kaitlyn and Khloe; his great-niece Brinley; his friend Steve Fetcenko; and his close friends, Matt, Bob, David and Bryan.
