She was predeceased by: her parents, William C. Cook and Jewel Pearl Cook (Pierce); and her siblings, Joyce Lucas, Norma Swethland, Nancy McClanahan, Ruth Reeves, William Dean Cook, Brian Richard Cook, Robert Dale Cook and James Leonard Cook.
She is survived by: her husband Kenneth E. Hart; her children, Tracy Bird of Sesser, IL, Alex Burris (Jena) of Troy, IL, Natalie Watts (John) of Brighton, IL and Kimberly Augustine (Boyd McGathey) of Waterloo, IL; her grandchildren, Jeremy Elder, Ty Kattenbraker (Alydia Burlison), Cheyenne Oxendine (Jared Gallagher), Hunter Burris, Beau Burris (Mallory Kamp), Nicki Guldner, Tatum Burris, Meghan Enskat (Mark), John Watts, Michael Augustine (Lilly) and Jake Augustine; her great grandchildren, Madilynn, Macoy, Malia, Koen and Ivy; and her sisters, Sharon Welch (Chuck), Kathy Stanton of El Kalle, IL and Joan Malotte (Bob).
