With profound sadness, we say goodbye to JoAnn Mizell of Troy, Illinois, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar Tolbert and Lydian Tolbert (Avery); her husband James Mizell; her son Monte Mizell; her grandson Ryan Roach; and her siblings, Louise, Pauline, Ruby, Bill, Bert, Charlie and Peggy.
She is survived by: her children, Carl Mizell (Linda), Linda Jones (Dan) and Sheila Wilson (Robert); her grandchildren, Mat Shalenko, Cassie Richerson, Randy Roach and Rodney Roach; and her great grandchildren, Emily, Lila and Calvin.
