It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joyce Ann Prow of Troy, Illinois, born in Saint Louis, Missouri, who passed away on April 15, 2026, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Charles LeRoy Prow III; her parents, George Lawrence and Marie Pauline Moeller; and her brothers, Gerald Harry, Richard Urban and George William Moeller (Jane).
She is survived by: her children, Charles Prow IV (Angela) of Hilton Head, SC and Theresa Prow; her grandchildren, Jason Prow (Carly), Abbey Bigi-Prow (Alexis), Erin Fischer (Jason), Robert, Tyler Prow (Amara), Ashley Lisec (Grant), Caitlyn Prow and Noah Prow; her great grandchildren, Sadie, Connor Prow, Charles and Louis Bigi-Prow; her grandchildren, Samantha, Jessica Luecke and Aiden Vandament; and her siblings-in-law, Richard, James, John Openlander (Lauren), Patrick, Thomas, Mary Hunter (Randy) and Barbara Prow. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.
