Kenneth Lee Simnitt Obituary
We are sad to announce that, on February 1, 2026, at the age of 80, Kenneth Lee Simnitt of Troy, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Otis Simnitt and Illa Fern Fielder; and his grandson Devyn Trampe. He is survived by: his wife Twila Simnitt; his children, Richard Truelove (Caroline) of Wentzville, Kelly Trampe (David) of Troy, Kenna LaRue (Steve) of Lawrence, Michele Nutsch (Steve) of Wichita and Marcela Berney-Brown of Sterling, Kansas; and his siblings, Danny K. Simnitt (Ava) of Clyde, Peggy Wilkinson of Clay Center and Judy Koss of Washington, Kansas.. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
