"Matt" Trepka (Kim) of Dupo, IL, Ryan Trepka (Carrie) of Troy, IL, Alex Trepka (Mary) of Edwardsville, IL and Elizabeth Trepka (Drew Thompson) of Collinsville, IL; his grandchildren, Adrian, Victoria, Dylan, Jersey Trepka, Penelope Smith and Carlilse Thompson; and his sister Nancy Kegley (Jack) of Belleville, IL.
